From Research to Action
Edu4Impact partnership is proud to present the ouctcomea of the extensive research conducted in the first year of project “From the Research to the Training Plan”. It is available for download from here.
This publication brings together the results of the research phase conducted in Italy, Greece, Spain, and Romania, where more than 350 educators, sport professionals, and vulnerable adults shared their views and experiences on how sport can foster Social and Emotional Learning (SEL).
Through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, the project uncovered a common need: professionals across Europe want practical, experience-based tools to help integrate SEL competences, such as empathy, teamwork, emotional regulation, and responsible decision-making, into their sport and educational practices.
Building on these insights, the partnership developed the Edu4Impact Training Plan, a structured framework that connects five SEL Training Areas and ten Training Cases designed to turn sport into a real laboratory for emotional growth and social inclusion.
This Training Plan lays the foundation for the Edu4Impact Curriculum, which will soon be developed into learning modules, educational resources, and digital materials for trainers and educators.
Edu4Impact demonstrates that sport can be more than movement—it can be learning, reflection, and transformation.
Stay tuned as we move from theory to practice, empowering educators across Europe to teach, connect, and grow through sport.
